a $1200 value ($200 per night) if rented through them directly. This is a privately owned timeshare and I cannot use it this week.

Just a two hour flight south of the US/Mexico border you'll find beautiful Cabo San Lucas. Cabo, long been known for its world-class fishing, has quickly become one of Mexico's premier vacation spots. Over 300 days a year of warm sunsine, make this the perfect playground. Temperature this time of year is usually in the high 70s.
Located at the tip of the Baja Peninsula, where the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez meet, Cabo is truly a destination for everyone. There are many challenging golf courses only minutes away. Catch the sunset while riding horses on the beach. Jet around the local hills on an ATV or jeep. The shopping in Cabo is going to take at least a couple of your days there and the dining opportunities are too numerous to mention.
Get up early in the morning for a walk along the beach. This time of the day is very peaceful. As the sun comes up, Los Arcos comes alive with light, reflecting off the beaufiful waters of Cabo San Lucas Bay. This is something not to be missed.
Club
Casacadas de Baja is a private 5-Star Resort not open to the general public.
It is set in the most picturesque bay in all of Los Cabos. The white sandy
beach is ideal for swimming and most every imaginable water sport. Take
a siesta under the beach papapa or catch the water shuttle to Lover's Beach.
Play tennis, ride bikes, work out in the gym, get a massage or facial or
sip margaritas all day at the swim-up bar. Watch the sun set from the ocean-front
restaurant located right at the resort.
Architect Ed Giddings and interior decorator Pat Gidding have captured the most beautiful and relaxing elements of nature -- brilliant sunshine, soft white sand, the beckoning blue ocean. Thatched roof huts and tropical flora and fauna surround you in this lush tropical paradise!
This is my timeshare week at this outstanding resort, which I can't use this year. Unlike the hotels in the surrounding area, this place is completely private and is open only to those guests of the resort. As a renter, you'll be treated like an owners. The staff is warm and friendly, and most everyone speaks English.
Highest bidder will recieve written confirmation once payment is received and will be provided with my phone number and names and number of the management company (Trading Places) in the event you have any questions or concerns regarding your visit. This is non-refundable. You are responsible for arranging your own transportation.
